Mainly Music is an opportunity for adults and young children to build memories and share special time with each other.

 Young children developing skills - co-ordination, fine motor movements, large motor movements, social interaction, appreciation of music and musical styles, language development

Providing children with a structured learning environment and then a time of free play

Bringing adult and child together for a time of safe interaction, and in doing so, teaching adults rhymes and songs that can be used at home to help with cleaning up, colours, counting, and more

Run on Tuesday mornings from 9:30am

 

 

 

 

    Kids Hope

Get involved with other volunteers as a caring mentor at local Whittington primary school.

KIDS HOPE AUS. is a mentoring program that helps Australian children needing additional support and their families. Through a partnership between local churches and primary schools, KIDS HOPE AUS. works to improve opportunities for mentored children in the areas of education, self confidence and wellbeing. 

For one hour each week, a caring adult from the church mentors a child needing additional support at their school. This usually involves helping the child with homework, playing games, arts and crafts, or just spending time together. 

 

 

 

 

            Reflector Youth

For high school aged youth, its a program and a safe place to hang out on Saturday nights from 7pm, which can involve trips to the beach, events in Melbourne, or sometimes messy, creative or physically demanding games at the church!  
 

 

 

 

           Young Ads

Mid-Week bible study and events for those from 18 to late 20's, regular camping trips, volunteer work in the community, including the odd bit of free labour for those who really need it! 

 

 

 

    Shine Women

Isaiah 60:1  -   Arise, Shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.

Shine's Mission statement is to Gather all women together to:

1. Grow through the teaching of God's word.
2. Have opportunities to connect, share and support one another in a Godly atmosphere.
3. Be motivated to explore and share their faith in Jesus Christ

Retreats, personal training sessions, setting up of prayer diaries, movie nights, regular speakers make up just some of the activities that runs each month for women. 

 

Little Flames (Creche)

Childcare for children (4th birthday and under) during the message time of the Sunday worship service. Children need to be signed in on arrival and signed out on departure by their parent or guardian.

A Retreat for Parents with Babies

Located in room behind sound desk on Sundays (entry off foyer).  This is a designated 'quiet area' for you and your baby. For safety reasons all children need to be supervised by their parent.

FireworX 

A program for primary school aged children which also runs on Sunday Mornings during the worship service. A fun and vibrant program - all welcome! 

 

 

BrightsparX 

 A Program for pre-school aged children from 4 years old to prep, which runs on Sunday mornings during the worship service. They have been recently going through a program by Scripture Union called 'Bubbles'  which aims to present the Bible in a fun and easy to understand format.
